Publishing Services provides in-house print and electronic publishing for the ACT Government. |

Record Services provides a full range of records management and mail room/courier activities to the majority of ACT Government directorates. Services also include training and expert advice in records management. |

Shared Services Finances provides tactical and transactional financial services to ACT Government directorates and agencies. The services include financial reporting, accounts processing, preparation of GST and FBT returns, cash management, systems development and support. |

Shared Services Human Resources provides tactical and transactional human resource services to ACT Government directorates and agencies. These services include payroll and personnel; recruitment; employee relations; workplace health and safety; training and development; HR management systems, reporting and information management. |

Shared Services Information and Communication Technology (ICT) manages several whole-of-government business systems, as well as controlling critical ICT infrastructure on behalf of the ACT Government. Shared Services ICT provides a comprehensive range of ICT and allied services to all ACT Government directorates and their staff as well as to ACT Government schools and the Canberra Institute of Technology. Shared Services ICT operates within a modern ICT environment which includes four major data centres, and an extensive private optical-fibre voice and data network. Other services provided include desktop support, ICT project management and business system development and support. |

Shared Services Procurement is the ACT Government's centre of expertise for
procurement matters, providing procurement-related services to ACT Government
agencies and the community.

Territory Records Office is responsible for the
implementation and regulation of the Territory Records Act 2002 within Territory
agencies, and the production of standards and guidelines to assist agencies to
meet their legislative requirements for recordkeeping.
